we need breakfast every day due to that we get lots of nutritions
if we skip breakfast we can't get useful nutritions
due to that we feel tired and exhausted

On skipping breakfast, we feel tired and exhausted because we are missing the most important meal of the day. When we skip breakfast, the next major meal we tend to have is lunch in the afternoon. This results in a long time interval between the previous day’s dinner at night and the noon meal. Moreover, we tend to miss out on essential calories that make you lose energy. Also, your body metabolism tends to decline when you skip your breakfast.
