 \frac{ x }{2}  +  \frac{5}{3}  =  -  \frac{1}{2}

By taking LCM of denominators on L.H.S :

⇒ \frac{3x  + 10}{6}  =   - \frac{  1}{2} ⇒2(3x + 10) =  - 1 \times 6

⇒6x + 20 =  - 6

⇒6x =  - 6 - 20

⇒6x =  - 26

⇒x =  \frac{ - 26}{6}

⇒x =  \frac{ - 13}{3}
