Ice cold water lower down your body temperature more faster than the ice.
Reason:
If you keep a block of ice on any part of your body, sine its surface area is limited and if you pour a jug of ice cold water on to your body surface, the surface area increases as the water moves i.e., the total amount of your body area that is in contact with ice block is small compared to that of ice cold water.
In case ice cold water evaporation takes place as is cooling process and depends on the surface area i.e., rate of evaporation increases with increasing surface area .
