On suffering from high fever, which will lower your body temperature more -ice or cold water? Give reasons for your answer.

On suffering from high fever, ice will lower your body temperature more as the water will contain the latent heat of fusion, but the ice will try to soak the heat of the body and melt and itself and at last will evaporate cooling the surface temperature......
