Classification of metals on the basis of reactivity is as follows:

Metals tend to lose electrons and form actions. Most of the metals react with atmospheric oxygen to form metal oxides.

Different metals have different reactivity.

On the basis of reactivity, metals are classified into three types.

Those are 1) Most reactive metals

2) moderately reactive metals 3) least reactive metals.

1) Most reactive metals:

Potassium, Sodi, Calcium, Magnesium, and Aluminum are the most reactive metals

2) Moderately reactive metals:

Zinc, Iron, lead are moderately reactive metals.

3) Least/low reactive metals:

Copper, Silver, Gold, and Platinum are low reactive metals.
