A democratic form of government should ensure that power is devolved and there is equitable decentralization of resources. This will make the diverse citizens of the nation from all the sub divisions of the state to feel  taken care of and the privilege to be the citizens of that particular country. It should ensure it offers equal opportunity to all m,embers of the nation despite their physical, cultural, racial, religion  and their tribal differences
