On the behalf of the librarian of your school,draft a notice to be displayed on the school notice board, informing the students of class IX and X to return all the the library books before February 10,20...and those who fail to do so,will not be allowed to appear in the Final Exam.

From the past couple of days I have been observing that students of class IX and X do not return their books on time. I and the principle have decided to take an action. Those who do not return their library books by February 10,20 will not be allowed to appear in their final exam. I hope to receive co operation from all the students.
