Answer: 500

Step-by-step explanation: Hi,

Initial number of workers for construction work = 320

Given that every year, number of workers were increased by 25%

So, the number of workers after 1 year

= 320*(1 + 25%)

= 320 (1 + 1/4)

= 320 * 5/4

= 400

So, the number of workers after 2 years

= 400*(1 + 25%)

= 400 (1 + 1/4)

= 400 * 5/4

= 500

Hence, the number of workers after 2 years are 500.

Hope, it helps !

Here, P = Initial number of workers = 320

R= Increase in the number of workers per year = 25%

N = 2 years

A = Number of workers after 2 years

A = P ( 1 + R/100 )n

=> 320 ( 1 + 25/100 ) ²

=> 320 ( 100 + 25 /100 )²

=> 320 ( 125 /100 ) ²

=> 320 ( 25 × 5/25 × 4 )²

=> 320 ( 5/4 )²

=> 320 (25/16)

=> 20 × 25

=> 500 answer
