Differences :

(i) Odometer is used to measure the distance covered by the vehicle whereas Speedometer is used to measure instantaneous speed of Vehicle.

(ii) Odometer measures in km unit whereas Speedometer measures in km/hr unit.

(iii) It takes 1 km to increase the magnitude by 1 in Odometer whereas It takes less than a second or just an instant for the magnitude of the Speedometer to be changed.
