in this chapter There 19 year old boy name Prashant. who live in village KhaliKhuda. he gone to the block headquarter of ersama small town in coastal Orissa to spend some time with his friend.
on the evening 27 October 1999 a cyclone came.
Which which rise the ocean continue for next 36 hours. he had experience devastation wrought by super cyclone. for next 2 days Prashant the stay with his friends family on rooftop. he thought that his family will not survive in this super cyclone. when the rain is slowly begin to recede. Prasant determined seek out his family without further delay. He equipped a stick and started journey of 18 kilometre back to his village. he had found many difficulties while going to a village as he had to push many human dead body and Carcasses od animal. in his way he found two friend of the uncle which accompany him in a journey. after reaching to the village. He saw his maternal grandmother, his brother and sister and uncle and aunts. next morning he took the the leadership of village. he organise a team of youth and elder to help him. At at last 6 month after devastation of super cyclone. Prashant wounded spirit has healed becoZ he had no time to bother about his own pain.
