in triangle AOB

AO=BO

angle OBA=angleOAB=30°

similarly in triangle BOC

OB=OC

angle OBC=angle OCB=40°

angle ABO+angle OBC=angle ABC

angle ABC=30°+40°

angle =70°

angle ABC=1/2angle AOC

70°=1/2angleAOC

angle AOC=140°
