Subject: Donation of books

Respected ma'am,

I am Neha student of class 9-A from St. Joseph's school. I am writing this letter to you for asking the procedure for donating a set of books to the school library for helping the students who love to read books.

There are total 60 books including science, maths, economics, history comics and fairy tales. These books will help those children a lot who are enthusiastic specially for science fiction. Those students who cannot afford books from market, can easily issue them from our school library. They will get benefited through these books. I have gained a lot of knowledge from these books and now it's a time to share my success with other students.

Details of some books' titles:

They include Harry potter series, big mystery, brief answers to many questions by Stephen hawking, some works of Shakespeare, Merchant of Venice, Concise ( maths, history, science ) and few science fiction books

Books are not merely the source of knowledge but also to discover the world beyond our imagination. Donating books to our school library would be a great honour and pleasure for me. So I request you to please tell me the procedure to donate these sets of books.
