The constitution was passed on 4th August 1789. The three main changes are:In this constitution, the king was not having any power citizens can choose their representatives. Every citizen those who are above 25yrs and paid one-third of its salary as the tax was having the right to vote. There were two types of citizens: Active citizens and passive citizens. Active citizens were those citizens those who are having the right to vote. And passive citizens were those who are not having the right to vote. Hope this helps
