The constitution was passed on 4th August 1789.The three main changes are:In this constitution king was not having any power citizens can choose their representatives. Every citizen those who are above 25yrs and paid one third of its salary as tax was having right to vote. There were two types of citizens :Active citizens and passive citizens. Active citizens were those citizens those who are having right to vote. And passive citizens were those who are not having right to vote. Hope this helps:)
