Hello all!

My best regards to everyone present. To start with I would welcome you all and also thank you for giving me this marvelous opportunity. Yoga is not new to us. When we think about yoga, we link it to physical activities basically. But the truth is, Yoga is deeper. It is about spiritual, mental, and physical development. It is about having a healthy mind and soul in a healthy body. Yoga is not just about excising but about relaxing.

Yoga is a beautiful practiced activity that combines various postures, meditations, chants, and mantras to release stress and achieve peace. It can be learned easily by all without having any limitation of age or sex. It is a truly spiritual exercise that gives numerous benefits related to the health, mind, and soul. It also provides a flexible and disease-free body and lets you live life to the fullest.

Yoga, is an ancient Indian culture, is widely practiced in India. But it is adopted by various foreign countries and nationals as well. People visit India to learn yoga. In simple words, yoga is the way that a person should live.

To conclude, I would like to say that, to have a healthy and harmonious life, it is good to practice yoga. Let me conclude with what is said in Bhagwat Gita, “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”

A very good morning to one and all present here . I _____ would like to deliver a speech on Yoga . Yoga is something only some of us do, isn’t it? . Do we know it’s importance? Yoga helps us all as now a days people’s life has become stressful. Yoga helps to calm us down . It is also useful for we students as it helps to make our brain sharp and increase our concentration. It not only helps to sharpen the brain but helps us away from sickness. I would like to conclude by saying that we must all do yoga in order to stay fit and healthy
