Since, 1 m = 100 cm
Therefore, 110 m = 11000 cm

Scale = (11/2)/11000 = 1/2000
Therefore, scale of the plan is 1:2000
i.e., every 2000 cm distance on ground is represented by 1 cm on plan.

Therefore, 3 cm on plan = 3 × 2000
= 6000 cm
= 6000/100 = 60 m

Hence, 3 cm on plan represents 60 m distance on ground.
