on the tetra pack of fruit juices it is printed if the packet ID puffed do not buy do you know the reason

This is because sometimes microbes enter in the juice inside the pack. They also respire for living. So they respire either aerobically or anaerobically due to which Carbon dioxide is respired out by them. As you know, carbon dioxide tries to escape from the pack (as in breads) so the pack becomes puffed due to its presence. It is recommended not to buy a puffed pack of juice as it may contain microbes which can harm your body.
