On the way home you notice a goat with a broken leg. I feel sad and want to help it.  

To help the goat I will do the following mitigation measures:

a) I will lift the goat and tie its broken leg with my handkerchief. If possible I will make the goat to drink water.

b) I will feed the goat with some grasses in the nearby area.

c) I will call people belonging to blue cross and will inform about the goat such that they will take necessary mitigation step and take care of it.
