Least count of any device of measurement is the least reading it can take or measured by the device.
Thus, LC = Value in n divisions/ n
In this case LC = 0.05v and the pointer (n) is at 15th division.
Therefore, the observed reading of the voltmeter = 0.05 X 15 = 0.75 volts.

According to OHM's law. V=IR. where V is voltage, I is current and R is resistance.
So here, V=0.05 and coinciding resistance is 15. So I=V/R i.e. I = 15/0.05 i.e. 3000.
Resistance is the obstruction offered to the way of current. Its denoted by the greek symbol ohm.
