1) As land will be hotter, the air there will also be hotter and rise up. As there cannot be a vacuum in the earth, the air above the sea rushes towards the land to fill up the space. Therefore the wind will travel from land to sea.

2) Morning is the time when both land and sea have same temperature. So, no wind will blow.
