Plants and Animals put into different categories, these are the reason given below :-

Locomotion :- Animals can move from one place to another but Plants cannot move from place to place.

Excretory System :- It is present in Animals but absent in Plants.

Shape and Size :- Plants have no definite shape and size but Animals have definite shape and size.

Nutrition :- Plants manufacturer their own food but Animals eat ready-made food.

Branching:- Animals are unbranched while Plants are generally branched.

Growth:- Animals stop growing after reaching a certain size, plants continue to grow till death.

Sense Organ and Nervous System :- they are found in animals but not in plant.
