On what basis classification of organism in prokaryote and eukaryote cell

Cells are classified into prokaryotic and eukaryotic on the basis of complexity of cells. If the nucleus of the cell is enclosed within nuclear memebraneorganisms are known as eukaryotic. If the nucleus of the cell doesn't nuclear membrane then organisms are said to be prokaryotic.
