"Mixtures are classified into two main types, homogenous and heterogeneous.
When two or more substances are mixed, it is known as a mixture. Combinations can be categorized into three categories:
suspension mixture, colloidal mixture or suspension, according to how they consolidate and can be deported.
Suspension mixtures have bigger solute particles. Colloidal have smaller, and solutions have mixtures fully dissolved.

A Mixture also known as an Impure Substance consists of two or more kind of particles which are not mixed chemically.
Examples : Salt Solution, Blood, Lemonade, Air, Soil, Sugar Solution, Milk, Petroleum, Alcohol, Sand in Water, et cetera.
A Mixture is classified into two states i.e. &
Homogeneous Mixtures => Solutions => Substances mix out completely.
Examples : Sugar Solution, Salt Solution, Alcohol, Air, Lemonade, et cetera.
Heterogeneous Mixtures => Suspensions & Colloids => Substances don't mix out completely.
Examples : Soil, Petroleum, Blood, Sand in Water, Milk, et cetera.
Solutions => Particles are very, very small i.e. Can't be seen even with a microscope. The mixture is stable. Doesn't shows tyndall effect. The particles can't be separated.
Suspensions => Particles are large i.e. Can be seen with naked eyes. The mixture isn't stable. Shows tyndall effect. The particles can be separated.
Colloids => The size of particles is bigger than the ones in solutions and smaller than the ones in suspensions. Mostly, can't be even seen with a microscope. The mixture is stable. Shows tyndall effect. The particles can't be separated.
