prokaryotic are animals which do not have a well-defined nucleus.For example:Bacteria. prokaryon means primitive

Eukaryotic organisms have well defined nucleus , they have membrane bound organelles
while
in prokaryotic organisms the nucleus is not well defined , the organelles are not membrane bound
