The maker of the constitution were aware of the situation where people's right were taken . for example :-

1. A person can vote irrespective of caste, creed , gender etc.
2. Every person has the right to practice its own religion.
3. There's no fight because of colour , caste , gender etc
4. During British rule , Indian citizen didn't have the right to held any public meetings ,but in constitution it is the allowance of every citizen the right to vote.
5. During British rule, Indian citizen didn't have the right to join any jobs, school etc. But now it's banned.
6. Every citizen will have to follow the constitution's rules.

And along with this rights , people have to do something for the nation. for example - keep a clean environment , donatings during war etc.
