Weight of a body is the force exerted by it on the observing body.

W = F = ma.

Weight depends on the mass of body and the net acceleration of the body... the acceleration can be the gravity also.

If the net acceleration on the body is zero, it can be weightless, like what astronauts feel in outer space because their is no gravity.
