weight of a body is dependent on mass as well as the gravitational acceleration acting on it. Yes a body can have mass but no weight. Mass is the actual amount of matter in a body. But weight is the product of mass and acceleration due to gravity acting on it. At the centre of the earth acceleration due to gravity is zero and hence weight can be zero.

ANSWER:

Formula of weight = m × g

So, it depends upon mass of the body and g (acceleration due to gravity).

Yes, a body can have mass but still no weight. Weight W = mg, where m is the mass of the body and g the acceleration due to gravity. g depends on the location and the mass of the planet. g = 0 at the centre of the earth and in space.

Hope it helps
