here is ypur answer......
first we know about good sources of energy
========================
1) should give lase amount of energy per unit mass
2) Easy to access
3) east to share and transport
4) should be cheap.
Now, dicuss about classification. ...
★★★★★★★★
it is divided in to two types.
1) conventional ( the source which are being used since long time)
e; g=coal, wood, wind
2) non-conventional (the sources whose use has started only recently )
e:g-sun, waves.
it is again divides in to two category. ..
I; e-
1) Renewable (the source which can last for a very long time .it's supply is un limited)
eg-sun, wind, waves
2) Non-renewable (the source whose supply is limited and likely to be finished one day.)
e:g-coal, petrol.
Now selection of a good source of energy depends on the following factors. ...
1) it should be pollution free.
2) it should be economical
3)it should be easily accessible
4) it should not be difficult to transport energy from there.
5) it should not produce radioactive waste.
6) have a high calorific value.
hope it will help you
