The internal resistance of cell depends on the following factors :-
- Nature of electrolyte.
- Concentration of the electrolyte.
- Distance between the electrolytes.
- With the increase in common area of the electrodes, the internal resistance decrease.
- Temperature is inversely proportional to internal resistance.
