DEPENDS ON:
1) Magnetic Field
2)Area of the conductor
3)Angle between Magnetic Field and Area

Explanation:

The relation between the magnetic flux and the induced emf is given by :

E=\dfrac{-d\phi}{dt}

Where

\phi=BA\ cos\theta

B is the magnetic field

A is the area of the coil

Induced EMF is also given by :

E=Blv\ sin\theta

l is the length of the coil

v is the velocity of the motion of coil

So, it is clear that the magnetic flux depends on the flux density, length of the coil, velocity with which the coil is moved and the angle between the velocity and flux.
