ANSWER

Resistance of conductor depends on :

  • Length of the conductor.
  • Area of cross section of conductor.
  • Resistivity and temperature of conductor.

Heyy dear♥️

RESISTANCE :

Resistance is defined as the property of a conductor to resist the flow of charges through it.

SI unit :

The SI unit of electrical resistivity is the ohm⋅metre (Ω⋅m)

FORMULA :

The formula for electrical resistance is

R = V/I

where R is resistance (Ohms, Ω), V is voltage difference between the two ends of a resistor (Volts, V) and I is the current flowing through a resistor (Amperes, A)

FACTORS AFFECTING RESISTANCE :

The resistance of a conductor depends on thickness (cross sectional area of the wire), it's width, length and temperature

Hope you got it :)
