Hi!!!!
Now, according to ohms law:
"The voltage across the ends of a conductor is DIRECTLY PROPOTIONAL to the current flowing through it. "
ie: v is directly prop to current
hence the constant quantity known as  arises
therefore THE FACTORS THAT AFFECT RESISTANCE OF A CONDUCTOR ARE:
1 : CURRENT
2: VOLTAGE
"WHERE RESISTANCE IS DIRECTLY PROP TO VOLTAGE AND CURRENT INVERSELY PROP TO RESISTANCE.

The formula for Resistance is :- p l/a
( p = specific resistance, l = length, a = area )

Therefore, Resistance depends on -

1】Length of conductor ( Increases with increase in length)

2】Cross-sectional area ( Decreases with increase in cross-sectional area )

3】Type of Material

4】Temperature ( Increases with increase in Temperature)

Hope this helps : )
