Indian National flag is unfurled at special occasions like -

• Independence day (15 August)
• Republic day (26 January)

● Description of Indian National Flag -

• Tiranga (Tricolor) is National flag of India.
• It should be made by khadi flag in rectangular shape.
• It has colours of 3 bands from top to bottom - orange, white, green.
• In the middle of flag, there is Ashok Chakra with 24 spokes.
• Ratio of height to width of national flag is 2 : 3.
