Answer:

It is given that

S.I=Rs.1,600

R=5% p.a.

T=10 years

We know that P= (S.I×100) / (R×T)

Substituting the values =(1600×100)/(5×10)

=3200

So we get P=Rs.3,200

S.I =1200

Time =5 years

Rate =10 percent

P =?

S.I.= P×R×T/100

1200=P ×10×5/100

1200×100/10×5 = P

1200×10/5=P

1200×2=60,000

P =60,000

I hope it helps
