Lencho decided to seek God’s help on the night the hailstorm happened, but sat down to write the letter on Sunday.  

The day it hailed, Lencho was very upset, but did not give up. He pinned all his hopes on God and at night he decided to ask God for help. However, it was only the ‘following Sunday’, ‘at dawn, that he got down to writing the letter to God, asking for a hundred pesos and explaining why exactly he needed that money so desperately.
