On which equations does newton's 2nd law of rotational motion is valid??​

This equation is valid only about 2 Axis which are COM and IAOR.

All the fixed Axis are also IAOR so this equation is valid for all the fixed axis

This equation can be applied on other points but then pseudo force must also be taken into account.
