1) specific heat capacity of water :
Specific heat capacity of water is high, so
its rate of cooling is very slow.
2) volumeof water :
If the volume of water is more it will take
more time to cool down.
3) surrounding temperature:
If the surrounding temperature is less than
that of water, then heat energy gets
transferred from water to the
surroundings and vice versa when
