EXPLANATION:

Liberals wanted a nation which tolerated all religions. They were not in favor of the dynastic rulers and they opposed their power. On the other hand the Radicals wanted the government of the country based on the country’s population. They opposed the advantages given to the landowners and the wealthy owners of the factories.

The liberals wanted to change society. They wanted to safeguard the right of the people against the government. Though they were limited in their thinking where of the opinion that man with wealth and property should only vote and they did not believe in universal franchise. Radicals disliked the idea of a person owning a lot of property. They wanted equality for all individuals.
