✒ इस पर्व का नाम ओणम है। यह त्यौहार समाज में समरसता की भावना, प्रेम तथा भाईचारे का संदेश देता है। प्राचीन काल से मान्यता है कि ओणम के दिन ही राजा बलि अपनी प्रजा से मिलने आते थे। यह सौभाग्य उन्हें विष्णु जी से ही मिला था।
