The landowner said, "Well done! You are great. I'll give you the ownership
of the land."
The second one said, "Sir, you gave me three acres of land. I cultivated
the land and earned three lakh rupees for you."
The landowner said, "Well done! You are great. I'll give you the ownership
of the land."
[The third one said, "Sir, you gave me only one acre land. But you gave

Answer:
He said that because the last servant with 1 acre of land must have used what he had to make the most out of it. He should not have complained and should have worked hard. If he worked hard, he would have earned at least 1 lakh rupees.
So the moral is that you must not complain and make out the the most from what you have
OR (simply),
You should be happy with what you have and should work hard.
