yeah the hard work pays because when you work hard it becomes easy step by step as when you are struggling with your passion you sometimes filo feel low at the same time you are are getting better .even sometimes you don't know that you are getting much better then others . but after achieving a great position you realise that you were made for it and that's why it's said say that really the hard work pays .
