once upon a time their lives a boy Ramu with his mother in a small village. Ramu was always ashamed of his mother as his mother was one eyed. when ever he went to school his friends used to make fun of his calling ' son of one eyed'. This made him more embarrassed and wished his mother would disappear.
Few years later Ramu left his mother and went to a city and got settled. He found a job and now he was in a great position. Now he happy and never thought of his beloved mother even for once. one day he received a letter asking for a school reunion.Next day he visited his village and after the reunion he went to visit his old house were he grew up. as he reached his house he saw his house was closed and felt like no one lived their for years.
Then he saw an old grandfather near by and after enquiring about his doubhts he found that his mother had been died a month ago and this old man had a letter from his mother. The old man have Ramu the letter. The letter said that his Ramu had an accident when he was so small and his mother had to donate one of her eyes in order to save his son from becoming blind.
He was too late to know. Ramu had never been a reason for his mother to smile. he had always been a trouble maker. Now he was too late to ask her sorry. Even though sorry cant make any difference he wanted his mother so badly. He couldn't control the tears in his eyes.....
