Given : One angle of a rhombus is 40° less than its adjacent angle.

To Find : all the angles of the rhombus.

Solution:

One angle of a rhombus is 40° less than its adjacent angle.

Assume that two adjacent angles are

x° , x° + 40°

Rhombus is a a parallelogram with all sides Equal

In a parallelogram  Adjacent angles are supplementary

Hence they adds up to 180°

an opposite angles are equal

x° +  x° + 40° = 180°

=> 2x° = 140°

=> x°= 70°

x° + 40° = 70° + 40° = 110°

Hence  all the angles of the rhombus are

70° , 110° , 70° and 110°
