One angle of a triangle has a measure of 36°. The measure of the third angle is 28° less than 3 times the measure of the second angle. let angle 1= 36°

let angle 2=x°

and angle 3= 3x°-28°

36°+x°+3x°-28°=180°

8+4x=180

4x=180-8

4x=172

x=172÷4

x=43°

so, angle 2 = 43°

and angle 3= 3(43)-28 = 129 - 28 = 101
