OCI - Overseas Citizenship of India - Not a Dual Citizenship of India. Despite all the news coverage and excitement over this issue, please understand that the Constitution of India DOES NOT allow dual citizenship, i.e., simultaneously holding Indian citizenship and citizenship of a foreign country.

Answer:

One belonging to other country and not enjoying the rights of citizenship is called as Slaves.

Explanation:

In history when we see the status of Indian people, though they were the Indian citizens, they were not allowed to enjoy the rights and were made to act according to the commands of the Britishers.

The Indians were considered as slaves of the British people. Thus slavery is the right term to denote the condition of the person who is deprived from enjoying his rights.
