One billion electrons pass from a point A to B in 10^-4 seconds. What is the magnitude and direction of current?

here, q= charge    I=current      t=time    n=no. of electrons  e=charge on electron=1.6*10^-19 C
using quantisation of charge,
q=ne
q=10^9 * 1.6* 10^-19
  =1.6 * 10^-9 C

  I=q/t
   =( 1.6  * 10^-9 ) / 10^-4
   =1.6 * 10^-5 A
