One boy was lost. He was not found anywhere in the house. Lastly he was found in the garden, but he cannot come out from the windows because the windows are sealed from outside and the house door is locked from inside. So, how did the boy went into the garden?

Maybe...The boy was already in the garden... So the sealing up of windows and locking the door, doesn't matter with the boy found in garden as he had not been or entered the house...And... he was directly found in the garden...

Maybe he was never inside!!!! Maybe someone locked the door from inside after he went away.
