One bulb has 100w - 220v inscribed on it. What will be the current flowing through the filament of the bulb and its resistance

Answer:

P = 100W

V = 220V

P = VI

100/220 = I

Therefore current is 0.4545 A

P = V²/R

100 = 48400/R

R = 484

Therefore, resistance is 484 ohm
