According to me, it's not necessary that one can become the monitor of the class only if he/she is good in studies.It's just the thinking of narrow minded people.Studies don't interest everyone.However, one can be the monitor if he/she is smart and honest.The person should be confident and should have such a personality.This can change the perspective of people.

in my opinion ...its not true .....as everyone must get a chance so that they can see whether they can do well in this or not ....this can improve them ...
in my class ....every week ...our teacher changes our monitor ....nd he give chance to every single student

so we must give chance to other students too .....this will also build their confidence to do more hard work in their studies ...
