Article 32 to 35 of Indian constitution states that citizens can move to a court of law in case of any denial of the fundamental rights.


It empowers a citizen to appeal to the court if (s)he thinks that any fundamental right stated in the constitution is violated.


The courts can issue special of writs to protect the rights of the citizens.
